Our health and safety policy
As experienced civil contractors, we prioritise the health and safety of everyone involved in or near our operations including our employees, site operators, visitors, and the wider community. Our approach is grounded in robust quality management principles, continuous improvement, and adherence to internationally recognised ISO standards.
Quality assurance
Adex upholds strict Quality Assurance standards to ensure our project documentation is both accurate and complete, supporting our wider Quality Policy. We require our staff to complete daily QA records, including site reports, ITPs, inspections, photos, and as-built information to truthfully reflect site conditions. Our entire team is dedicated to meeting these expectations, whether the project is a small driveway repair or a major road maintenance or construction project All staff contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
Environment
Adex is committed to operating responsibly by minimising environmental impact through sustainable practices, reduced waste, and careful resource use. We work closely with our team, customers, suppliers and other civil contractors to continually improve our environmental performance and contribute positively to the communities we serve.
