Our health and safety policy
We are committed to providing a workplace that protects the health and safety of our employees, those operating on, and visiting our worksites, and the wider community. Our approach is grounded in robust quality management principles, continuous improvement, and adherence to internationally recognised ISO standards.
Quality assurance
Adex upholds strict Quality Assurance standards to ensure our project documentation is both accurate and complete, supporting our wider Quality Policy. We require our staff to complete daily QA records, including site reports, ITPs, inspections, photos, and as-built information to truthfully reflect site conditions. Our whole team is responsible for meeting these expectations with all staff contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Environment
Adex is committed to operating responsibly by minimising environmental impact through sustainable practices, reduced waste, and careful resource use. We work closely with our team, customers, and suppliers to continually improve our environmental performance and contribute positively to the communities we serve.
